Print Monitoring and Management-Facilities Manager is a hosted solution that provides remote collection of service information and device activity from office equipment. Facilities Manager remotely monitors printers and copiers and sends notifications when a device has a service issue or requires supplies. Devices can be monitored continously in order to capture usage trends and device workloads.
